Our team will visit your property to take a full measurement of your home, including a full photographic survey of your property.

The measurements of your home will be given to your personal architect who will convert them into high-quality architectural drawings of your home as it currently stands.

Various potential design options of your future home will be presented to you at this stage. This includes the potential floor plans, elevations and exterior of your future home. Here we will once more discuss your expectations and ensure that your desires remain at the forefront of our work. Following any final amendments, a full agreement will be made of the final design.

We will draft full planning drawings ready for submission and finalise all necessary planning documents.

Having finalised all designs and necessary documents with you, we shall submit the designs of your future space to the council.
